The Young Dads Achieving Careers program (YDAC) is about preparing young dads ages 16-24 to achieve career success through physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and educational development. This is done through being deeply connected into the community and partnering with organizations that have access and relationship with these young dads in the shadows of our society. We have developed a specific program to address the significant need for these young men to find a job, and the resources to move into a career to support their children and find the independence and strength they desire. Every step of the YDAC program is steeped in long-term relationship – committing 3-5 years to these young fathers is truly our “secret sauce”.
